The legendary Black Pearl double layer wheels have almost become a myth in the pro scooter world for many reasons. One of which is the dual layered urethane hardnesses. This wheel comes with an 80A urethane which is then covered by a 94A urethane which is INCREDIBLY hard. Probably the hardest of all scooter wheels in the world. The 80A urethane keeps the wheel feeling soft and nimble while the 94A urethane keeps these wheels EXTREMELY fast. We're going to go out on a limb here and say these are probably one of if not the world's fastest scooter wheels....hence the price tag. The core design may seem simple at first glance, but look closely and you can see the true attention to detail that these wheels are consisted of. All of the features of this wheel are combined to make one of the lightest scooter wheels as well as fastest out there. This is more than just a scooter wheel...this is a work of art.
