Refund policy

All refunds and/or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. All products come with a 30-day limited warranty through us at Scooter Zone. Customer is responsible for all shipping and re-shipping fees (exchanged parts do not qualify for SZ Flat Rate shipping. Customer must pay full shipping price for product.). All returns and/or refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All ridden parts are ineligible for any return and/or exchange. Any parts that are improperly installed, destroyed and/or avoid any warranty policies with manufacturers will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced. You MUST have your receipt for any refunds, exchanges or warranty claims done in-store.
