We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

All Scooter Zone shipments are shipped via UPS and/or US Postal Service. All shipment tracking information will be sent to the customer via email and shipments can be tracked on the UPS.com and/or USPS.com website(s).

Processing Times

Processing times are different than shipping times. Processing times are the time it takes for Scooter Zone to prepare your order whether it be packaging, modifying, customizing and/or altering the contents within. Processing times are generally 1-3 business days with some slight increases during holiday seasons. If there is a need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, this will affect the processing time for your order until we receive a response.

Non-Contiguous US

We are able to ship to Non-Contiguous areas of the US including Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska and/or any non-contiguous US military bases. The $10 SZ Flat Rate shipping cost does not apply to any areas of non-contiguous US. The $10 SZ Flat Rate shipping fee will act as a deposit toward the full shipping amount the these areas which must be paid by the customer. One of our staff members will be in touch in order to collect any remaining shipping costs.

Delivery Times / Damages

After processing of order, delivery time within the United States is 1-9 business days and up to 20 business days internationally (if international shipments are arranged). PLEASE NOTE: we are NOT responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS/UPS to the local carrier in your country/area or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our offices. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us. If the damages are done by the carrier, a claim must be created by the customer via the carrier.

Refund, Exchange and/or Return Policy

All refunds and/or exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. All products come with a 30-day limited warranty through us at Scooter Zone. All returns and/or refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All ridden parts are ineligible for any return and/or exchange. Any parts that are improperly installed, destroyed and/or avoid any warranty policies with manufacturers will not be exchanged, refunded or replaced. You MUST have your receipt for any refunds, exchanges or warranty claims done in-store.
